About Me

My name is Aaron, and this site is a personal archive of thoughts, theories, ramblings, and expressions. I like to ask myself absurd or challenging questions to try to come up with reasonable answers or insights. I focus on philosophy, culture, art, language, and psychology; article topics will vary. I don’t write here as often as I used to, so this site will serve simply as an archive. Most of my attention now is on “practicing what I preach”, so to say, though I don’t see it nearly as awkwardly. Life is what it is. Saying that much should be enough.

What’s this all about?

I see myself as a person who sees value in being grounded to reality, but I also don’t pretend that I have any greater-than-human capacities. This is personal, as mentioned, but also speculative, subjective, and not meant to be anything resembling advice or counsel. This is a place where I have externalized my mind through some of its myriad transformations. I hope that it is interesting to those who would spend time to browse the ideas.

What you can expect to find here:

My main content is a collection of blog posts about ideas, concepts, and practices that can help people to live enlightened, fulfilling lives. That would be the ideal consequence of engaging with my writings. Otherwise, treat each post as a collection itself of ideas or a perspective to better see a certain aspect of reality or of human subjectivity. In the spirit of communication, I’d like to share what I think.
